Villa La Estancia is a luxury hotel-condo complex consisting of 158 privately-owned villas, located directly on Medano Beach, just a ten-minute walk from the marina and downtown area of Cabo San Lucas.

We own two villas at Villa La Estancia and make these luxury villas available for rent.

Our villas have incredible views and feature upgraded furnishings, free broadband internet access, games, movies, free internet telephone (with a California phone number for inbound calls) and other comfort items that distinguish our villas from many of the "sterile" condos for rent at Villa La Estancia.
