Rental rates for both of our villas are the same.

2010 Season (winter 2010 through winter 2011):

Rates are per night (US$) and include taxes and maid service (4 times per week).  You do have the option of upgraded to 7x/week maid service upon check-in (for a nominal charge).

If you are lucky enough to be able to travel last-minute (reservations made less than 30 days prior to arrival), our last-minute rates can be VERY attractive (we'd rather rent a week than let it sit unoccupied).  Sign-up for our newsletter here:

Terms are 50% due upon reservation, balance due 60 days prior to arrival.  We accept checks (US banks), VISA and Mastercard.

Guests are liable for damage (beyond normal wear and tear).  A valid credit card is required for a security deposit.

Our villas are non-smoking.  No pets are allowed at any time.
