Our villas are our second home.  Not just typical rental units, we've taken great care in making both villa 1707 and 3708 our home-away-from-home and we're sure the added comforts (such as upgraded temperfoam mattresses, pillows and furnishings, games, DVD movies, BBQ and internet telephone (complete with a California phone number for inbound and outbound calling) will make our villas YOUR home-away-from-home also.

Luxury fills every room of our villas: travertine marble floors, carved entry doors and kitchen cabinets, granite countertops in all bathrooms, tiled kitchen counters, 10 foot ceilings, zoned central air conditioning, ceiling fans and large closets and dressing areas.  Our villas have 2,160 square feet of living area, with a large balcony for enjoying the wonderful atmosphere of Cabo and Villa La Estancia.

Jetted tub in master suite
Complete cookware and kitchen utensils

Note: Our villas also come with a home-away-from-home pantry and liquor cabinet.  Rather than have our maid perform a total cleanout at the end of each stay, we leave condiments and typical consumables for the next guest.  Same goes for our liquor cabinet -- it's an honor system and we only ask that if you use a bottle, please leave a bottle.

Villa La Estancia features a health club, the fantastic 31,000 square foot Desert Spa, on-site restaurants and a market.  Also, a great selection of restaurants are just a short walk or taxi ride from Villa La Estancia (see our CABO page for more information on great restaurants and great hints for enjoying your stay).

When you stay at Villa La Estancia, you have access to the co-located sister resorts of Villa del Palmar and Villa del Arcos (however, visitors to these resorts do NOT have access to Villa La Estancia).
